Meet The Team

A Dental Practice Like No Other

At All Smiles Smyrna, you'll find a dental practice like no other. Dr. Duke Trinh had a unique journey in dentistry, which shows in his dedication to his patients and passion for serving the Smyrna, TN, community.

As a child, Dr. Trinh witnessed his mother experience severe tooth damage from a car accident. He saw how much her confidence changed when a caring dental team made her smile whole and healthy again. Because he’s always enjoyed working with his hands, Dr. Trinh pursued a career in dentistry. Today, he still holds his standards to what he calls the “mom test,” which is where he asks himself, “Would I want this for my own mother?”

A Passion Ignited By Family

Dr. Duke's path to becoming a dentist was not a conventional one. At age 10, he witnessed when his mother was involved in a car accident, which severely damaged her front teeth. Witnessing the physical pain and loss of self-confidence his mother experienced was a turning point for young Dr. Duke. He saw the profound impact proper dental care could have on a person's life. Since then, he vowed that every treatment he offers would pass the "mom test" – meaning it should meet the standard of care he would want for his mother.

A Buckeye From Miamisburg, OH

Born and raised in Miamisburg, OH, Dr. Duke Trinh's heart beats for Buckeye football. He's a true "Who Dey" fan. Following his passion for dentistry, he applied to one school and one school only – The Ohio State University. There, he majored in Buckeye Football and ultimately earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry.

Serving The Community

After his education, he practiced in Ohio and West Virginia and eventually settled in Tennessee. For the past two years, he's been dedicated to serving the Hispanic population, which led to the creation of a bilingual English/Spanish practice at All Smiles Smyrna.
